Somebody has copied my website content? What to do?

I have noticed that 2 website has completely copied my website content, images, icons and. My website is websitedesigncompany.net.au, these are two website, which has copied my website.

I have submitted to a DMCA Complaint, But Google did not take any action till now.
What to do now?

After publishing your content if someone copied your content and used his website that is harmful for his website. His site will be going down. Each content should be unique.

I have gone through the links which you have provided in your post and as per my view in your case no need to worry about it Google to the job for you, but I suggest you to use copyscape protection in your website.

If anybody copy your content and if it got indexed in google before you then there will be a problem for you so it is better to protect your website.

Do you have Google webmaster account. If not create Google webmaster account for your site and send request to Google. They will analyze and you will get a solution for it.

if somebody will copy your content, don't worry Google will penalize his site.
