have been reading this a lot --about link building AND SEO IMPORTANCE -- we should try to link with sites that are not on same c chains/clusters/class --some - even say differ a-b-c- chains .

what i want to know is this important -- and what is this ip they are tracking for ?? is this the ip of the web site -- or ip of server --or ip of data center;

if its related to web site --- then can we go for a reseller hosting on same server (shared server)--and then host multiple ips on it using dedicated ips with difffernt --a-b-c-d- chains thus saving money --will this help or
not ???

You can ask your host to give you more than one IP in different C class like the 2 IPs below:

200.100.23.10
200.100.85.10

Most shared host will not give you dedicated IP, so your other option is to get several accounts with different hosting companies in order to have your sites on different IPs.
