Ugh we have spent so much effort and money into our unique design. Take a look at these hosts. I think they deserve their 15 seconds of shame:

Your design does not look as neat as dimensionservers.com from my initial inspection, it appears as though your site design is the copy.

Maybe you misunderstood. I am from Dimension Servers. The Dimension Servers one is the legal one the others are not.

Ahh, thats fine, its just the way you outlined it in the post, I must admit I only speed read, and as you had xe-host first, I assumed you was from that hosting provider. :) My mistake.

I think you have put this up at some other forum also.....you took legal action against them, right?.....
