I decided to ask experienced webmasters to help me in choosing a host for running ecommerce site.
It requires not so much resources: 12 gbs of space and 150 gbs of traffic.
Found several web hosts: HostDepot.com and Hosteasier.com
Both look reliable. What host would be better for me? Why?
just need to consult with some experts here regarding my choice.

I suppose you should look for more reliable options to make a proper choice. Check for e-commerce solutions from Newpush (http://newpush.com/). They are experienced host with high stability and helpful support.

I am 100% sure that hostdepot.com Linux shared hosting (https://www.hostdepot.com/cart.php?gid=1) plans would be the best bet.
Your sites and projects will be in good hands if you choose them. Support is a genuine 24/7 and responses are always within a few minutes, often with a full solution. More complicated issues take a few hours but the solution arrives.
Their servers are very stable.

I use shopify for my ecommerce website, it seems to do the job pretty well. Never had a down day.

According (http://www.letstips.com), I can't seem to find out what level of hosting I'll require for a WordPress e-commerce website. (yes, I realise this will vary based upon a heap of factors but I'm looking for some ballpark ranges for each factor)
You can rely on Jumpline.com (http://Jumpline.com/) and Aspnix.com (http://Aspnix.com/) web hosts - compare them.
Their uptime is good, my sites are always up - I am happy.
When I contacted them telling my requirements, they have been discussing with me the hosting solution over an hour. They are always willing to take that extra step.
