I have an online store and had to make absolutely sure that it never ever goes down. I was looking for a way to get reliable web hosting, with load balancer and mirrored site, but without breaking the bank.
I checked a few companies, and finally ended up with SoftwareProjects.com (http://www.softwareprojects.com)
They have a multihomed web hosting service (http://www.softwareprojects.com/website/multihomed-webhosting) which is relatively cheap ($49) and they give you a load balancer, mirrored servers and good support.
I also looked into grid hosting, but that never worked out right. Have been with SoftwareProjects for a few months and so far it's all good. No down time ever.
