Content is describe the services and keywords are main services of the product or services. For example If you have school erp software solutions then your keyword will be school erp, college erp, university erp but you describe the feature, advantages and how to use these software it is describe in your content so this is content.

I think you are cleared with this example and let me know about your feedback.

Thanks

The difference is very simple Content means all the stuff, which is there on your website whether it is text or image or flash and keywords means your business related search terms that will be used by other persons to find your business in search engines. Like for a website design company keyword will be "website design."

content is where you describe your services and keywords is the word which will appropriate and describing your service in two, three words. as @trizinnovation said and give you an example.

But you can use keywords in describing your services in content.

Keywords are basically the search terms which we can search on different search engines and content is basically a group of paragraphs with full information about any keyword or topic

A "keyword" is the word or words a person types into the search box on a search engine to look up subject matter on the Internet.

Content relevance is the written "non-image" text on the page of the web site which is descriptive in nature and relates to the title, description and keywords.
