What do you mean by web hosting and advertising? Is Google selling web hosting accounts? Maybe you are referring to the new web hosting accounts that have some free advertising programs of Google and Yahoo, right?

SEO and hosting are two separate issues. SEO is dependent upon Hosting, but hosting is not dependent upon SEO.

Moreover, you should look out for companies which have expertise in providing pure SEO marketing services. It would not be fruitful to expect hosting companies to be a SEO expert at the same time :rolleyes:
