Does your domain registrar/host offer this? What are advanced dns servcies are about?
This is what's included into Sibername.com domain registration package and I wonder does everybody needs it?

It may mean zero propagation time, as suggested in the post above, but it's better to contact SiberName.com support to inquire about this. But I think there's point in using SiberName.com domain registration if you aren't going to be hosted with them.

You really don't need it as long as your host provides DNS, which pretty much all hosts do. Using it at the registrar level creates an additional point of failure, which may cause additional downtime. The best place to get specific information for your particular situation is from your web host.
