SEO is not dependent on the CMS you use so there is no best choice. You should choose the CMS based on your uses and liking as opposed to SEO intents.

wordpress best currently WordPress is one of the most popular web blogging software.Create a blog theme (Wordpress, BlogSpot, whatever). Same goes as for creating a plug-in. I could probably do this one more easily than I could make a plug-in, though. If you think you can, give it a shot! The traffic will pour in, as will the links.

Hello,

I think SEO results are not depends on CMS.You should have the knowledge of SEO for best results SO don't care about the CMS. Just concentrate on your SEO techniques.

Here is what a CMS must have to be SEO friendly:

- easily changeable meta tags
- easily manageable FTP access
- easily manageable redirects and rel=canonical tagging
- clean indexation
- easy image description & alt text changes
- easy to set, proper permalink URL structure to avoid duplicate content and parameter strings
- active plugin directory
- active theme design community
- lightweight enough to keep a fast page-load speed
- easy to set up Analytics and Webmaster Tools

Based on all the above points I would like to vote for Wordpress!!

As every body knows word press would be the best, but for extra option you may go for Joomla.
