I'm a new host. I don't got much experance in doing this but i want to give something you won't get with other hosts at a reasonable price. From what I know I only can host users with domains. I set up accounts manually and billing will accur every month. I will try to setup much accounts as i can. its 6/month your getting 300mb space(if u need more i can up the quota to about 500) transfer limit i dont know off the top of my head but if u want to know i'll check. you get cpanel and all the tools in it. 50 ftps, 50 emails, i think 1 addon domain and unlimited subdomains (ex: whatever.urdomain.com) everything will be shown in the cpanel. I would like to come back here but I probably wont remember so contact me one of these ways
