2. Create proper structure and arrange elements in a way that are easy to understand by users.
3. Provide most relevant information on the website.

create a website like this when the viewer opens it, it opens quickly without loading much and gives only that information which is beneficial for the user not too much information. arrangement of links in proper way so that viewer understand it quickly.
