I would reconsider your goals. That is illegal issue. And it will be quite difficut for you to find web hosting for that.

Unlimited bandwidth is very much possible, subject to limitations of the port. In dedicated server market there are options to select unmetered servers with 10mbps port or 100mbps port. Unlimited space is probably not real, but you can have terrabytes of storage at reasonable rates.

If you are looking for shared hosting for such service, no way! A good unmetred high quality dedicated server might cost around $600-$1000 per month. I am not sure if I should be recommending but checkout hostfresh for warez hosting. Ofcourse they are not US based.

There is no such thing as unlimited web hosting, in the end there is always going to be some sort of limit whether it is physically the server itself, the disks in the server, resource usage limitations, etc...

As for a web host that will allow warez knowlingly - I don't think you are going to find many of these, as they probably get shut down almost as fast as they start up.
