Plz share good voip services providers, planning to introduce them for clients' support, need a list of providers to choose from. www.icallglobe.com is the company that specialises in VOIP services, www.hostww.net offer them along with their hosting packages, what's better here?
One more question is about Venrilo vs Teamspeak?
Thanx for help in advance.

I'd advise you to use Voip services with a package plan. HostWW.net provides it with any web hosting plan, Operating system - Unix/Linux, Usage Level - Any, Storage - Varies By Plan, Bandwidth - Varies By Plan, Coupon Code - freetrial, Price - First Month FREE.
Looks great.

Why just you don't get them from Skype?
Voip service have nothing to do with hosting at all, it's not installed on the hosting plan.

Yes I agree. VOIP has nothing to do with hosting. You can use Skype, Yahoo or any other good messanger to make internet calls and to call directly landline or mobile numbers.

Thanks to everyone.
I sure know about Skype, but I hope that as in the case with free and paid hosting, spending money you can expect some quality.
The contract with HostWW.net will allow us to avoid using phones in our business. I've already contacted HostWW.net to discuss details of the deal.

Probably this is not the right forum to talk about VOIP. Checkout some VOIP related forums for better feedback. Most people including me over here would have used VOIP only for peronal purpose. For a contact center, you may need someone who provide services to SME and only an experience person can give you a feedback.

This is for all ppl interested in voip services and for the longest time I am using tringotel VoIP service because they are so much cheaper than any other service, and the shipping charges are absolutely free and it is easy to configure the settings I guess tringotel have merged with Sunrocket and this company has a good reputation in the market.

You know some of web masters do not like to have that (I mean free or cheap). But I think that it is great that you share your own experience.
