How to upload all products on Google Base?

I have E-Commerce Store and I want to upload my all products on Google Base, So please tell me the steps of it and also tell me how to create XML file for it.

Googlebase created a new website, the Google Merchant Center, where you can upload your product feeds and make them easy to find on Google Product Search.
If you have been uploading Products through Google Base, your data feeds and account settings have been migrated to the new Merchant Center.

How to Upload Your Products to Google Merchant Centre
Log in to your Create account.
Click "Shop" from the Top Menu.
Click "Product Promotion" from the left-hand menu.
Click "Google Merchant Center" from the top tabs.
Click "please click here" next to "To download your product feed for Google Merchant Center and upload it manually,"
