If your website is live as it appears from your sig then it is already hosted. Are you looking for another hosting provider?

Just in case the question is genuine, the process is same as you did with the first host - if you used a third party domain registrar. Most hosts will move the website for free (cPanel to cPanel) so, changing hosts is not hard.
