Actually you have a lot of criteria to think about.

According to me, you have to decide :

- if you want a local or an online solution. Do you want to be able to access your solution only on your office computers or from anywhere ?
- if you want an open-source or a proprietary solution,
- if you want to pay a price per user or a price for the global solution? How many users do you have?
- which accounting modules are absolutely necessary to you,
- if you only need an accounting solution or if you would like an ERP which covers all your business needs (in order to link each entity of your organization as well as clients linked to invoices linked to emails exchanges with CRM, etc); ...
