Alexa is only Traffic Rank if you have a website which has 100-200 visits a day with 10-20 customer daily then you don't need to worry about alexa rankings.

First of all download the Alexa toolbar, then submit articles about what's on your site/blog to directories and Ask people online/offline to share their input, so They can get your site ranked, and it doesn't make you click on every site.
