I don't think that Namecheap.com reseller, ther representative at WHT in one of their threads told that they support their hosting clients themselves.

Namecheap is domain name registrar. What are reselling services you are looking for? Domain names or?

As I understand NameCheap.com doesn't resell domain. They provide hosting services reselling. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Besides they don't resell from somebody, they are big enough not to do that.
