Report spam posts. I think that helps.

You can also make the first few posts by it's users Administrator approved only. It would be a lot of work and may slow things up a bit, but until someone has a few good posts, it may be worth it to keep the forum clean.

That is good but I think that it is needed to hire people for that and need full time and the administrator might can't affort that

I think that the link in the post is depends on what people want to say. Sometimes link is needed for the post. If you want post a thought which might be useful for the other I think that it is not correct to wait

volunteer moderators can do this work. Forum can offer some kind of special privileges to them.

The problem is getting someone neutral who isn't attached to a specific hosting company...

We encourage anyone to post, and we totally appreciate everyone's efforts as far as keeping the forum spam free is concerned - especially yours... you keep a pretty firm grip on spammers. The issue of moderation is different, and I am entirely bound by company policy. It means we have to work extra hard clearing spam and deleting members who are clearly spammers before they hit the board - it's a big job.

Maybe you should just move these spam threads to a spam section? Hello everyone :)

As mentioned, that takes people (possibly hired) to do this.

Every forum has spammers, they are something similar to micro organisms living inside the human body...

And just like those gems spammers may be simbionts and parasites, last unfortunately prevealing, but some forums are kept alive due to spammers talking between themselves..
Spam is incurable. But its amount has to be controlled, otherwise forum will stop useful existance.
