Hello there!
I'm looking for the opinion on the price for the Ircd accounts on the Santrex.net:

The programmer said that I need Ircd so I just looking the best deal.

I think that you should always look for a number of hosting offers to compare them and choose from, say you may find the similar offer in http://the-irc.org/ deals.
AYKsolutions.com also allows irc services on shared deals.
IRC Guidelines - We allow IRC on our Florida, Chicago and Atlanta Unmetered Network only. It is not allowed in any shape or form on our Peer1 network.

IRC is very often prohibited in host's TOS, so check it with youre potential host.

I think that they do offer that and that means everything ok regarding the TOS.

I can say that it is a realiable host which offers wiiiiide selection of opportunities, so I think you should contact them for details.
