I think that you need to be more exact as with location as with spec for the server.
Where are you from?
Anyway I would recommend you include webgostingtalk.com in your research list. There are lots of offers from different countries can be found

I don't see the difference between European and, for example, American servers. I can suggest you to look at Serverpoint.com, Hqhost.net and Hostupon.com. They are in the power to provide you with good dedicated servers and the perfect service work as well as the excellent work of support staff.

It is a good idea to speak to web host's representative to make sure that you'll receive exactly what you need. When it comes to dedicated class hosting service web hosts in different EU countries has different understanding about what do they should provide. Make sure you'll have something like personal representative or sales representative in the hosting company so you can easy deal with various issues related to service usage.

Hqhost.net good hosting services are reproduced with great precision testifying to a perfect ability to work. It's common knowledge that its support team always willing to give you a helping hand if you face some problems.

I have been searching for a dedicated server in Scandinavia, I signed up with www.custhost.se, pretty good so far (I posted a little review at http://forums.hostsearch.com/showthread.php?t=5842 a couple of minutes ago).
Others I found is, admax, glesys, crystone, unitspeed, gigahost.. the list is long :) Most of them doesn't have an english page though..

Seems that you are only aware of US market. Search in Google you will find many European Server providers.

Being not american, I still trust their hosts, because of being cheap (cheaper than european, at least) and reliable. Can recommend ayksolutions.com, as one of those I know. Cheapest reliable dedis I have ever seen.
For server location you can even consider UK.

I'd like to draw your attention to Globaltap.com. All that really matters is which web hosting is right for you. And I am sure that you can rely on this company. Even when they encounter a fault, they are quick and responsive about it.

But if I'm not mistaken this company doesn't provide dedis in Europe.

I think that it would be absolutely ethical question to ask them.

Try santrex.net. They have good dedicated deals at France and the Netherlands for affordable pricing. I suppose this could be a fine suit..
