Ok so Im trying out my own webhosting. It is off a dedicated server in Malaysia.

It is a Xeon duo quad core with 8gb of ram

I am using the following sw.

(Billing) -Clientexec
(Support) Kayako


Is there any other SW I should have?

I use WHM for my main server and Cpanel to setup the hosting.

I forget, does Kayako offer live chat support? A toll free number for any business/company is a must. There are many providers out there selling for cheap and it gives a more professional look and trust. Make sure its easy to find and should be around your navigation on every page even if you get few calls.

I use WHMCS (WHM Complete Solution) instead of Clientexec. I really like it and although I haven't tried Clientexec I've heard numerous times that WHMCS is better.

WHMCS is just a little dearer at the best if not one of the best billing systems, i highly advise you to change billing system to WHMCS
