There are so many ecommerce platforms. But the platform which met your requirements will be the final. But I would recommend you Magento. As of now, magento has been awarded as the complete ecommerce solution. It has so many benefits and features like:
-Has clear code framework
-Supports multi-shop facility and purchasing option with page checkout
-Has multiple features in cost effective manner
-Has great usability with end users
-Keeps the purchase reporting
-Helps in setting up multistores and admin could control from admin panel
-Multi-languages support
-Supports multi-currencies
-Supports several plugins to get integrated in your website
-User-friendly as the purchasing and payment methods are quite easy
It has so many other features as compared to Joomla and WordPress . Magento is highly recommendable and to find more details about it, please find the link for your future reference: http://apptha.com/blog/wordpress-vs-joomla-vs-magento-comparative-analysis-to-pick-the-best/

the best free ecommerce platform is OpenCart
I would highly recommend Magento commerce shopping cart and one of the best hosts for magento hosting I know is Gigapros.com (http://Gigapros.com/)
It also has nice pricing.. Servers are stable, speed connectivity is fast.
I am very much impressed and can wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone that needs a piece of mind when choosing webhosting.

Magento is one of the flexible eCommerce platform which is built on open-source technology which offer all online merchants with complete flexibility over functionality & content of their eCommerce store.
Think that it will be a good solution to compare many web hosts.
I know glowhost.com (http://glowhost.com/) would be really good place for hosting ecommerce sites.
Their hosting plans include everything you may need for successful running of web sites.
They provide 24/7 customer support, so you are free to contact them.

You can also try Drupal as my friend developed his e commerce website having products like handicrafts. He is getting rankings in the search engines and also a good traffic. Drupal provides an SEO friendly website and in different languages. It is quite easy to update your products by yourself instead of hiring experts again and again.

Magento 2 is so far the best builder for converting E-commerce website into a mobile app for ios and android app. Experience the rich features for mobile app at one platform. If you want to use it you can get a trial version here. You can experience yourself for free version and find out how it actually works. Find here for magento 2 mobile app development (https://www.magentomobileshop.com/) for free.

Woocommerce, Opencart, Magento, are best online platform for ecommerce website design.
There are a lot of them. Woocommerce, shopify, even wordpress. But if you're working in long-term -> it is always better to create your own system for selling goods online. You can adjust it as you want and add features which other systems don't have. It could be pricy at the beginning :( You can take loan for developing such online selling engine using plscashadvance loans (https://plscashadvance.com), which can definitely help at the beginning.
Magento is the platform to develop the best E-commerce websites.

Squarespace is also a website builder operating with drag and drop. They started out with a focus on making visually appealing websites. As of late, the site is putting more energy into e-commerce and letting its users sell stuff online. By now they are starting to be a full-fledged e-commerce platform.

The themes are even better than Shopify's (and you can get third-party themes if you want
to).
The sites run smoothly, and they always seem to load pages quickly.
The 24/7 support is helpful, and we really like the live chat support.
Connect with customers through full social media integration, sell on Facebook and
Instagram.
SEO support is solid.
There are great tracking tools for your overall website traffic as well as sales.

I think the most user-friendly eCommerce website builder option in 2020 is Shopify. It's super friendly and easy to use for beginners. You can setup and config your online store on Shopify without any coding knowledge. You can read this article best Shopify stores for inspiration (https://avada.io/resources/best-shopify-store-examples-inspiration.html) to learn from the best examples of sucessful Shopify store

So, when we say e-Commerce I think some key aspects that need to be taken at a platform level are-
1. hosting
2. transactions
3. images/product showcasing
4. page speed
5. security
Page speed because you want transactions to happen quickly and then ofcourse security because over all user protection, payment protection and website protection needs to be there.
I have found in my experience Magento and WooCommerce te best platforms when it comes to e-Commerce. Mainly because their designing is attenuated towards e-commerce.
With that being said, my last website that I hosted for a client was on WooCommerce with WordPress hosting and trust me when I say this, I felt it was one of the better websites that were created. Also, as a platform I found it much more smooth and sublime as compared to other platforms. I had though of getting a plan for myself too, that's when a colleague recommended BlueHost India for WordPress and then we created a secure website for our clients.
One of the major advantages of WooCommerce is that it has a very attractive vibe and caters to a lot of people who have a sense of aesthertics because product showcasing is key on e-commerce platforms. Thats where I feel, woocommerce wins.

Agreed, Shopify is one of the best for ECommerce. Also, BigCommerce.
In most cases, I have seen affiliates going for Shopify for their blog or website in order to push product sales by promoting through affiliate codes. Very recently I suggested BlueHost India for a client located out of India for WooCommerce because they provide WordPress hosting and he was on Shopify earlier. He said that his sales did well because of the aesthetics of WooCommerce themes (WordPress themes) and also great page speed and uptime, if we are takin infrastructure into account apart from the products he sold. Just wanted to share this :)

Wix is the best overall choice – it's extremely beginner-friendly and has excellent eCommerce tools. Shopify is the best option for larger stores selling a range of products, BigCommerce is ideal for fast-growing stores, while Squarespace has the best-looking designs.

Shopify is the most user-friendly platform for building an e-commerce website. You don't have to bother about setting up or managing a web server because it is a hosted platform. Additionally, Shopify features a drag-and-drop website builder that enables anyone without coding skills to quickly construct a website that looks professional. When it comes to user-friendly platforms for creating e-commerce websites, popular options like Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, and BigCommerce stand out. Shopify offers a user-friendly interface, extensive features, and customizable themes. WooCommerce integrates seamlessly with WordPress and provides a user-friendly interface and customizable themes. Wix offers an intuitive drag-and-drop editor and pre-designed templates. BigCommerce offers a visual editor, customizable themes, and built-in features. These platforms simplify the process of creating online stores with user-friendly interfaces and integrated e-commerce features. Depending on your needs, budget, and technical expertise, it may be helpful to explore each platform and consider seeking assistance from a software (https://bluehorse.in/) company like BlueHorse Software (http://bluehorse.in/) for professional design and development.

When it comes to creating an e-commerce website, the best user-friendly platform depends on your specific needs and preferences. However, some popular options known for their user-friendliness and robust features include Shopify, WooCommerce (which integrates with WordPress), and Wix.
Shopify is a dedicated e-commerce platform that offers a wide range of features and templates specifically designed for online stores. It's known for its ease of use and robust inventory management tools.
WooCommerce, on the other hand, is a plugin for WordPress that allows you to turn your WordPress website into a fully functional e-commerce store. It's highly customizable and integrates seamlessly with WordPress's content management system.
Wix is a website builder that offers a drag-and-drop interface, making it easy to create a professional-looking e-commerce site without any coding knowledge. Wix also offers a range of e-commerce features and templates to choose from.
Ultimately, the best platform for you will depend on your specific requirements, budget, and level of technical expertise. It's a good idea to explore each platform's features and try out their demos or free trials to see which one best suits your needs.
