I'm gonna build my first flash game website and have not any experience. So, i need your help. What type of backlinks such websites need? web2.0, blog comments and bookmarks work or not?

First you need to focus on On-Page SEO, like meta tags etc then submit your site on webmaster and generate site map. Then start link building and do link building on high PR sites, You can book mark, make blogs and share your site's view there.
