AdWords - Using it yet?

Hi All,
I've just started using adWords. It's too early to find out what's going on with it. Is it for me or not? That I don't know yet but what I would like to know is who else is using it and what are the result?

I have been using it with great success. It gives me quick results and instant satisfaction. What’s important with PPC is that you need to study competitor keywords, ads and landing pages in great detail before finalising your own campaigns.

I have been relying on Keyword Country to find just the right profitable keywords and execute an all-in-one PPC campaign. Works pretty good for me.
