Do you consider about chat support when choosing a hosting provider?Is it important to you? What do you feel when you find out that nobody is online in chat( do you need somebody online in chat)

Chat support is very important, and I would feel really frustrated and annoyed when there is no one around to answer my questions. There is a reason why they called it "Chat Support aka Live Chat".

I would feel upset when I see there is nobody online in chat in required hours. It would seem to me that it is something wrong with this company. Definitely chat support is a very big plus in support services/

Yes it is very important.
I use hostgator as hosting provider, and they have good online support.
Always online and most of the cases, the solve my issues rapidly.

As much as possible, I'd go for a provider that offers phone support. Preferrably 24/7. It's different when you get to talk to somebody over the phone. Thus, you can explain your situation better.
