Internal Link:- are those link which refers same domain in a site.
Inbound link:- are those link through the uses come to site pages.

Internal Linking means page having links of other websites pages. Linking the webpages in the same website.Inbound links are those link are that are present on other websites like directory, Article and other .

As We know that Links are very important for every website to get rank or to get good visitors. there are a two types of link External and Internal.
If your site has a links of other site, it is called External link. all the links of your site link is called internal link.

Internal link is the linking among the pages of same website and inbound link is the backlinks that point to your website from other website.
