As we all know today most of the people prefer to search on mobiles. So Is there any difference in mobile search and desktop search results for a keyword? If there is a difference in searches then what SEO strategies should a SEO expert follow?

I don't think there is much difference between mobile search and web search. Search results can vary with IP of your computer and mobile. Different IPs will deliver different search results as per the city or country that IP is belonged.
