Mistakes in content cause indexing problem?

My website is not indexed by Google. It is live from one month now. I have rechecked the content of my website. It had some grammatical mistakes. I have corrected them. But I really wanted to know if grammatical mistakes and spelling mistakes in content have effects on indexing and ranking of the website?

No actully it does not matter a lot. But you should correct them(it is important for your users). Did you registered your site in google?
