Which is better?: Flash website or Photoshop website?.

There are many ways to create websites like PHP java, .Net, Photoshop, Flash etc. But my question is that in b/w Photoshop & flash, which is better for us?.

if you want to layouts and graphics with the help of photoshop is good but if you want to create the image slider with the help of flesh is not good for the SEO.

Flash is the heavy loading images where as Photoshop is easy loaded images so Photoshop is better than flash. This is my opinion.

Flash website is better than photoshop website because you can use good animation in the website.

Flash websites are not good as photo shop website because virus occurs in flash websites and SEO is not possible of flash websites. I would like to prefer photo shop website.

Photoshop websites are good rather than Flash website as flash websites are not search engine friendly.
