Rich snippets are created based on the code that is used on the found web pages. For example, Google uses Schema.org markup to create the rich snippets on the result pages.

Unfortunately, applying semantic markup is a rather complex task. If you want to get rich snippets for your own web pages, you can use the free rich snippet creator on SEOprofiler:

Hello The quality of your snippet — the short text preview we display for each web result — can have a direct impact on the chances of your site being clicked (i.e. the amount of traffic Google sends your way). We use a number of strategies for selecting snippets, and you can control one of them by writing an informative meta description for each URL.

Rich snippets do not influence the position of your web pages in Google's search results. Google does not use that information in the ranking algorithm.

However, rich snippet listings stand out in the search results and they tend to get more clicks than regular listings. In addition, the markup that is used to create the rich snippets can also help Google to better match your pages with the right keywords.

Snippets make use of small paragraphs to answer the user’s questions and generate curiosity among readers to know more by clicking on the link. You can make use of this snippet opportunity if your website has an FAQ section.

Keep the word count for each question brief: no more than 50 words. Use headers to break up steps and lists, too. Don't forget to add a “how-to” or Q&A area to your website to give content that you optimize for featured snippets a place to live. And add lots of high-quality images and videos where you can.

We used schema markup codes for improving snippet.
We mainly used website, organization, star and FAQ schema markup for our website.
This will improve our CTR.

Google featured snippets, sometimes also called answer boxes, are placed higher and displayed more prominently than the organic search results, stealing attention and clicks from even the top-ranked page. ... These snippets are also read aloud in response to voice searches.
