Article which give knowledge to the visitors and readers. We can not use the articles for the purpose of the link building. You can put your websites name in article resource box.

It is always better to keep your keyword link to a single website. Yes, you can point to different pages, but keeping a single outbound link will help in better optimization of your keyword and also keeps you away from spam linking.

Most webmasters know that keywords play an important role in getting traffic to a website or webpage. The same applies to writing articles. The writer must conduct research into which search terms people are using to ensure the article comes up in search results, and therefore get traffic. Using Google’s Adwords keyword tool is invaluable for this end, not only in finding the most common search terms people are using, but also in finding which keywords attract the highest revenue, as well as ideas for synonyms, not conceived by the article writer.

Very few sites actually allow you to hyperlink your keyword in articles. Ensure your keywords density in not more than 3 times in 350 words. You can add the url link towards the end of the site.Never add same article to different sites, you will end up spamming.

Some article does not allow the keyword with anchor text in their websites. If we mention the keywords with anchor text, they would be delete our content in their websites. But minimum two keywords with anchor text is good for article submisison

I guess this is the best reply of your answer. Try to target one keyword in one article that may not make you spammer.

When possible/natural, I try to use exact match at least once or twice, otherwise do what seems natural:
Photography studio in Amsterdam
Amsterdam Photography expert
Photographer in Amsterdam
Photography in Amsterdam
Photography opportunities in Amsterdam are around every corner
etc, etc.
