You don't any paid service to submit your site to the major search engines. The only ones you have to worry about are Google, Yahoo, Bing, Ask and AOL. Those people who offer to submit your site to 100+ search engines are liars and thieves. All they do is send your site URL to obscure sites like bigfinder.[de]

To cache your webpage faster, you first need to submit a sitemap to your website. This helps in fast cache and indexing of your webpages in various search engines. Then you can share you webpages in social media platforms, the more hits on the webpages helps it to get cached and indexed fast in Google.
