URL Appear in Search Engine..?

I did All Onpage and offpage for Subpage domains. But it didnt appear in search engine...replace main page domain only appeared...what is the reason...tell me...

Search engines take awhile to update . Just give it time, it will show up. You can also try adding keywords to your page so that your page will come up when those particular words are typed into a search engine. This is the tag: <meta name="keywords" content="enter, your, keywords, here"> . Put the tag below the head and title tags on your page....
