I think you can submit as many as required depending upon the bookmarking website.

It depends on the site, some have limitations and some don't. It's only bad for SEO if you do a ton all at once. You need to make it look 'natural' so have it feed in 1 or 2 a day for a few weeks for best results.................

it depends on your website url. if your url is single you can submit only one bookmarking if your site has deep link category u can submit over ur url category wise
