How many articles, bookmarking and directory submission per day?

Hi friends,

I have 100 pages travel website and I am confused about article submission.


Here are my some questions:

1- how many article submit per day?
2- more article submission is punishable?
3- how many bookmarking and directory submission per day?

There are not number decide as such but it depends on the your website like if it is new then you can do on an average 20 to 30 otherwise directories is not required after a point of time and can continue with other tasks.............

You should have to predefine quantity for daily so that you will escape from punishment from search engines algorithm.
