These are links you put on high traffic site so you can attract visitors from that site to click and visit your site. It can also be vice versa, you can offer paid link in your site if your site have high traffic.............................

Paid links should be avoided as it is a Black Hat SEO technique. This method of backlinks are not supported by search engines and your website can get penalized or even banned for such activities.

Paid link is worthless according to me, don't prefer paid traffic. Try to do SEO with your own to get more quality traffic to your website, it is a very easy way to use social networking sites. You can also use good company for doing promotion for your website. But check your backlink quality.

It depends there are only a few paid directories that will give you a bump in the rankings. Free directories have never been that good at passing PageRank...

I am not go to the paid directories, I just submit the link on the free regular linking, difficult to get the approval from the admin but we can try it.

Google not encouraging paid links. Sometimes even it penalizing the site. Better avoid it.
