How Many Internal Links Do I Need On Each Page Of Content?

Having too much of links is not good for a page as it looks spammy. And even Google does not encourage it. How many internal links do i need to have in a new page with 500 words of content in it.

You can have 2-3 internal links. The best thing you can do is provide a 'no follow' attributes to the internal links so that it won't cause any harm to your current web page.
