Problems in getting account to Google adsense

Last week i created the account in Google adsense.it taking time to 1week for approval.But Google adsense sent the mail to my inbox and they mentioned your account is not able to create the account in Google adsense.I don't know why...Anybody tell the suggestion to this problem

It is sole discretion of Google and given based on the content of the website / blog. After approval only you will get the adsense code.
