How can the company guarantee that feature - no overloaded servers in their plans? I have seen that feature in the package plans of apthost.com.
Any ideas?

Did you see it in their terms and conditions as a guarantee (or just a marketing statement) and are there any figures available like load average % or any other concrete numbers?

I think that you need try their services and then you will make sure.

This is marketing trick. Like that one that marblehost.com is using: absolutely no hidden fees. Every host musn't have it, but they are the special one who tell they don't. This attracts more clients to marblehost.com, and the same with this company and the statement;)

You know that apthost.com has the reputation of a reliable company and I'm sure that if they guarantee that, it must be like that.
They monitor their servers and see them not be overloaded.

You will never know about that. That is the secret actually for the company. You can accept or not accept that

Thats what everybody try to do. They sell reasonable number of accounts and monitor the CPU usage of users. Dont read too much into such guarantees.

That is another marketing trick.
Some hosts like this one or marblehost.com draw peoples attention to the features which are good, but necessary to have by the hosts if they want to provide quality hosting. This is not something extraordinary, but this attracts people.

I think usually the clients' web sites are monitored by the company, apthost.com or any other one that's why they may guarantee no overloading of their servers.

This only evidence of the host to know how to attract the clients.
I would rather pay attention to the hosts which offer phone support like MMhosting.com does.

Think apthost.com provide good server monitoring to see their servers won't be overloaded by their customers. It's an integral part of their services.

I also say the only way to find out is to try their services and see how they act. But most host try and fit what is right and base it off the packages they sell...
Best of luck,
Mike.
This is the kind of marketing trick. Hosts tell about the things that are coming for reason with any professional hosting. For example marblehost.com also offers absolutely no hidden fees, but who has them, or who would tell you they have hidden fees?
