blog backlink good or bad?

If i get a backlink from blog is it good or bad? If i do 100 blog commenting with my links it consider as spam?

Getting a backlink from a blog is good but we shouldn't perform over optimization by doing blog commenting since it is very less effective after the recent updates.

If you can leave comment to some high quality blogs, then it is good for your SEO. However, most of the high quality blogs actually doesn't allow you to add links while commenting and it is a time consuming job to do serious comments.

Instead of doing 100 blog comments on spam sites
do 50 blog comments daily on high DA and PA site
this will help you ranking well.
