I don't think so. If your article is too good or viral then Good website will automatically accept it. You don't have to pay for that.

Paid links are banned by Google whether it comes from any article or directory and Google has its spiders which works for it smartly. You may never know when you will drop down from your ranking by doing this. I would recommend you create few links but natural and quality then only you can survive in today's Modern SEO.
