free PPC ad credits

I have seen that a2hosting.com offers $145 in FREE PPC Ad Credits, has anybody used their services?
I just don't know how effective are they?
Any ideas?

PPC stands for pay per click, meaning the advertiser will pay everytime their ad is clicked on at a PPC engine such as Google.

If you go to Google.com and input a term or subject you will most likely see a bunch of ads on the right hand side of the page......
