What the distinguish between web 1.0, 2.0 & 3.0? Which one is better for get the good result in SEO?

Web 1.0 – The shopping carts & static web
Web 2.0 – The writing and participating web
Web 3.0 – The semantic executing web

According to me web 2.0 is better for get the good result in SEO........

Web 1.0
It is the “readable” phrase of the World Wide
Web 2.0
It is the “writable” phrase of the World Wide Web with interactive data.
Web 3.0
It is the “executable” phrase of Word Wide Web with dynamic applications,

1. web 1.0 - site which has basic features and are static
2. web 2.0 - sites which are mainly used for creating website for sharing content via web,promotion,branding
3. web 3.0 - sites which are to be released.These contain advanced features with dynamic controls,graphics,images etc.

web 1.0 is the 'readable' phase where the interaction between site and users is limited.
web 2.0 allows freely interaction of site with users
web 3.0 is an 'executable' phase also called as semantic web

Web 1.0 sites are static site, Web 2.0 sites are more advanced than Web 2.0, while Web 3.0 are fully advanced semantic executing sites.
