Our PRTG integration allows our technicians to view historic as well as live metrics about your virtual machine. We currently monitor for uptime, memory usage, network traffic & load averages. PRTG features one of the most advanced alerting systems in the industry, and when there's a problem, our technicians are alerted immediately. Due to this, we can provide a much faster response time to outages, high loads & resource spikes that may affect the performance of your VPS.
In most cases, our technicians have been alerted of any potential problems affecting your server before you're even aware of what's going on. This allows our technicians to take a proactive stance on mitigating an issues that arise. When our monitoring system notices an abnormal load spike, we're alerted & can take necessary actions to remediate the problem.
