As for me, the wasp's sugeestion -santrex.net appears to be very reasonable to host proxies. It costs 4 dollars and the company make a very good impression because of offering large amout of services and total universality

I still do not have a clear idea why most of the hosting companies do not allow proxy websites. Many times, the other accounts people are using are consuming much higher bandwidth per month if you take a look at their meters.
