Want to know about Copied Content Problem

If someone copied my website content and they placing that content in their website means,which website would be getting penalty by Google algorithm?My website or that person's website?

It is however not reveal by algorithms of search engines. I would like to say that it comes under copy right act. You can sue the person in court who copies your content and uses it his/her website. You can also report the matter to google team and they will penalize the person's web site.

of course not your website, always do some of high pagerank bookmarking just after posting content.
