If i using the same Google Analytics code for two different website means what will happen?Is it show the correct traffic of that websites?

It show you only one website traffic information. Because your first website tracking code active and second website tracking code is inactive. Thats why your second account not track any data from your website.

No.It will show both website's analytic details.Some days before someone copied my Website view source page with GA code and paste it in their website.So both website having similar GA Code.When i checking the Google analytic tool it shows both website traffic and analytic details.
