PPC is expensive. PPC and SEO both are parts of SEM.

I think you are right. Actually if you see, After Google update, SEO is become very tough process. And recent time, client has no patience after creating website. They invest money in PPC and start making revenue in short period of time.

Yes, it is heading towards the same situation as people do not have much trust on SEO because of spammy SEOs and their unreliable work. i must add that SEOs are only responsible for this situation as they are spamming the internet for very small amount and not able to deliver quality content.

People click on ads and organic results both, they actually see that which one shows the better thing before the click. It only depends on the title and description. Google bind almost all thing in organic result which click ctr. But in Google Adwords they could not bind anything.

Yes Sure, because Google earn profit only by PPC not SEO. When It start to penalizes every SEO Website, then We start to take Adwards services.
