An internal link is a type of hyperlink on a webpage. Links are considered either "external" or "internal" depending on their target. Generally, a link to a page outside the same domain is considered external, whereas one that points at another section of the same webpage or to another page of the same website or domain is considered internal.

There is a small query on this. When you mostly use all your links in the header, how good it is to add links internally multiple times? I think the practice of linking same page multiple times from another page should be avoided. I will never like to visit same link twice from one page.

We all know that internal links are the links within your website that enable visitors to get from one page to another, a point we won't dwell on further. An internal link is a hyperlink that is a reference or navigation element in a document to another section of the same document or to another document that may be on or part of the same website or domain of the internet.
